Training must be paid for by the date of the session, or date given on the invoice, whichever is the latter. Late payment fees apply; • promotional rates / discounts become null and void at the date of the invoice - full price is payable thereafter. • invoices outstanding more than 28 days will have a late fee of £500 applied. • invoices outstanding more than 28 days can be sent to a collection agent. Cancelation fees apply; • A fee of £500 is applied for any cancelation within 21 days of the training, where the training is not rebooked and carried out.
