All training material is © Copyright Stuart Sadler 2014–2026. All rights reserved. No part of the training may be copied, reproduced, distributed, downloaded or transmitted in any form or by any means — including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, or storage/retrieval on a Learning Management System — without the prior written permission of the publisher, except in the case of brief quotations embodied in critical reviews and certain other non-commercial uses permitted by copyright law.

1. Payment

Training must be paid for by the date of the session, or the date given on the invoice — whichever is the earlier. No travel will be undertaken in the event of late payment.

2. Late Payment

Late payment fees apply as follows:

• Promotional rates and discounts become null and void at the date of the invoice. Full price is payable thereafter.
• Invoices outstanding more than 28 days will have a late fee of £500 applied.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• A fee of £500 is applied for any cancellation within 21 days of the training date, where the training is not rebooked and carried out.

4. Intellectual Property

All training materials, slides and documents provided remain the intellectual property of Stuart Sadler. They may not be copied, shared externally, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

5. Confidentiality

All client information, company details and the content of training sessions are treated as strictly confidential. Client names, company names and details of training engagements will never be disclosed to third parties. Attendees are equally expected to treat the content of sessions as confidential.

6. Liability

Training is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Bright Citrus Ltd accepts no liability for commercial or legal decisions made by clients following training.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
